RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vibb.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• The item must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, or other alterations.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on.

Refunds:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
